Start doing regular exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday.
Something that will get your heart beat racing - into the fat burning zone.

Dancing/running are good ones, as are team sports such as touch rugby, soccer, hockey, ultimate frisbee etc..

Stop drinking alcohol/soda and sugary drinks.
Avoid take away food and friend food.

Drink lots and lots of water.
Try and eat less than 2000 calories a day.



i will give an accurate answer. i tried it and results are wonderful. do walking for 1-hour daily..eat only healthy things not fried things, and ya if your wt is frequently increasing even if you are not taking heavy meal then u may have problem related to thyroid gland.i had it.my sis treated me she knows acupressure and sujok therapy. my wt is is control now..i m looking super slim now.



calculate your BMR and subtract 500 from the number and that should be the amount of calories you intake. im doing the same thing. without exercises you should loose a pound or two a week!
try your best to do atleast 30 mins of cardio 4 times a week:)



DONT eat junk or ready made food only eat what is prepared at home by u or someone else
DONT eat away your frustration( ex. dont eat food for that feel good thing)
DONT eat 3 Hrs before sleeping
Exercise 15-20 min(only) per day

I lost 15 kgs by following the above guidelines in two months

If u wish to reduce fat it is possile by reducing your intake of sugar.Also get the test for thyroid done.Increase in weight and fat can be the reason due to thyroid.
