Question: If i run 2 to 3 miles everyday for 3 months , and only eat salad each day , how much wieght will i lose?
i am 14 and i am trying to get a beach body for when i go to Florida and i need help NOWWW (: how much weight will i lose ? i weigh 170 lbs :( but i am 5'9

Answers:

Cut carbs to 50 grams per day, run intervals of 1/8 mile as fast as you can, 8 times (with rest in between of course). So, do intervals on monday, then jog a mile or two on wednesday and friday. Never run everyday, you need time to heal. I would say do calisthenics in between runs to get a better rounded workout.

Carbs should be complex type, should come from fruits and veges only, and should be consumed either 1) half 2 hours before workout, half immediately after or 2) all carbs immediately after workout. Never eat carbs after 2 pm. You have to eat a lot of fat and protein or this will not work.

Salads have no nutrients. Lol. Unless you count salad dressing, which is fat. Fat is good. XD

so yeah.... your in the healthy weight range... but im sure you know that. I wouldnt suggest eatting only salad, because your body needs other kinds of nutrients too. Also, just running isn't going to burn your fat. Your muscles get used to the same exercise over a couple weeks. So you should change it up like do running but run on hills, then bike, then swim. You also should tone your muscles because muscles burn the most calories....
So basically, change up the cardio with some weight training, and eat a well balenced diet but avoid coffee, alcohol and processed sugars and foods

It is hard to say, because it is up to many factors, anyway, you should do it in a healthy way.



you can expect to lose 10 lbs. a month- so 30 lbs. Good luck- you're gonna look awesome in Florida.



you wont be able to run each day with only a salad in your system.plus u wont get a beach body from running only. Consider something like p90x..that will give u a beach body!!
