How can I be thin without looking sick and anorexic?!


Question: How can I be thin without looking sick and anorexic?
I'm 15 and I just want to lose a good 10 pounds. No "fast" methods please!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



I'm 14 and , all you have to do is simply make a work out plan for yourself . try walking a mile everyday until you feel comfortable about it. then try running it will progress over time and you will start to lose weight. you mite gain some weight in the begging but that is because you are gaining muscle. after a while you will notice some weight loss. i hope this helps Hun. it sure helped me when i tried to get my Florida body .

tips: eat healthy things everyday. try a salad as your main food. fruits and veggies are also good to eat. try to eat less calories. eat a salad before you work out so you have some food in your stomach but when you burn the calories it wont be as hard to burn because you were eating healthy before you went to work out. also try to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day it helps fill you up faster and it makes you not as hungry , also it keeps you hydrated. hope this helps , i can relate :)



Eat small healthy meals every 3 hours from when you wake up until you go to sleep. It keeps your metabolism level up. And exercise about 45 mins everyday.



So thee are various method to lose the weight.One of them is good exercise or having yoga's and asans without dieting.
