is 5 days of cardio a week enough?!

Question: Is 5 days of cardio a week enough?
im trying to lose 10 pounds. i do cardio 5 days a week for an a hour and a half.

Answers:

If you want to lose pounds, then you also need to watch what you eat. Even if you exercise but eat too much, you are not getting anywhere. 5 days a week seems plausible. The 2 days rest period gives your body time to heal and restore the damage from all the running.

Yes it is certainly enough ,
there is a little secret for loosing weight
u would lose weight if u drank cold water instead of room temperature water ( because ur body is warm right ? and when u drink cold water it makes an extra process and changed the cold water to body temperature water ( which burns more calories )

And laughing for half an hour , u could loose 2 kg !! ( it also strengthens ur heart muscle and avoids getting heart attacks ! )

and as for a 5 day cardio try walking in ur spare time or even jogging , eat in a small plate ( studies have shown that eating in a bigger plate can make u eat more . ) eating in a small plate , u would (logically) eat less . More Veggies and Less Fat !

p.s the information here was also put on the internet

Goodluck

Yeah, I feel like you should tie some strength training into that hour and a half. maybe 45 each. strength training is what really makes yo bodhey look yummy and muscle burns more cals than fat yo

Definitely. Even professional athletes have days off.

More than enough!

Remember resting is training as well.

Oh yes. That's plenty. I mean, as long as you aren't eating more caliries than you're burning.

yes BUT will the loss be muscle, fat OR both and then you will eventually end up skinny fat....
