would it be ok to have something sweet, help needed asap. on low fat diet !?!

Question: Would it be ok to have something sweet, help needed asap. on low fat diet !?
i've just started a low fat diet over a week ago, and have been brilliant. Nothing fattening, no sweets cakes biscuits etc. I'm doing it mainly to lower my cholesterol but i want to lose weight.
Today i have an awful flu, i had cheerios and skim milk for breakfast, and i've just had lunch of a small brown wholemeal multigrain seeded bap, with thin slice of ham and lettuce tomato and cucumber.
But i feel as if i need something sweet. I think its because of how lowsy i feel with having flu. I need something like a biscuit! Just one would do it.
Would this be ok to have?

Answers:

Sure. You feel crummy. Give yourself a day off to mend. Losing weight is a process and everyday won't be perfect.

Having something sweet is ok if you're on low-fat diet. It's bad if the diet is both low in fats and carbs.

I recommend something healthy, like a banana. Cookies are OK too, but mind the contents - some tend to have surprizing ammount of fat.

If you eat unhealthy stuff only on rare occasions, you'll be fine, don't worry.

I would have never believed how much weight acai would help me lose until i tried it. I was almost 50 lbs overweight and I only need 8 more lbs to reach my goal weight. It is a miracle fruit.

Have something sweet like a biscuit, your blood sugar levels may be low
Try some fruit and vegetables too!

I would say yes cuz sugar gives u energy, and u shouldn't deprive ur self of things web on a diet cuz ur bound to fail
