What are some ways to be skinnier?!


Question: What are some ways to be skinnier?
Before you say to exercise, let me say that I do - my main sport is golf and my secondary one is running. I do these a lot, and I have quite a bit of muscle - I'm 5'4", 14, and 120 pounds. How can I manage to look skinnier, though, while still keeping my muscle? Thank you!

Answers:

Cardio in the morning(before breakfast), avoid junk food, for the diner eat something not too consistant like salad, or soup and do not eat after 7pm there you go
