why am i not losing weight?!


Question: Why am i not losing weight?
i hear its easier to lose weight if you're big, but i only have about 10 pounds i want to lose. I do cardio 5/6 times a week, for a hour and a half. (burning a total of 950 calories a day) and i do workouts for my muscles as well. My diet daily consist of a package of oatmeal, chicken, veggies, egg whites, and apples. I also grab a Natural Valley Gronola Bar after i work out. Its about about 3 weeks, iv noticed a slight change, but i feel like its taking forever. Am i doing this right? Do i just need patients, or is something not working here?

I had the same problem. You should just be patient and continue with your routine. Don't weigh as often and when you do don't get upset. You also might like to know that once you are 40 + years old it is harder to get the weight off and keep it off.

Once your body is actually at the weight it would be it's going to be harder to lose any weight because your body wants to maintain the healthy balance. If you want to lose so fat then don't be so focused on the number on the scale. Pay attention to your measurements because you'll lose fat but gain the muscle resulting in your body being smaller but you may weigh the same or even more



** Eat six mini meals a day. Exercise and before every meal, drink two tall glasses of water, (about 16 oz.) this will fill you up and you will automatically eat less. This really works, so be patient. Good Luck to you



It sounds like nothing your doing should stop you from losing weight. You might want to change up the cardio for another excersize.
