Answers:

Firstly you need 2000 calories just to SURVIVE. if you eat less calories, say 1500 per day then you will lose weight, because your body requires 2000 to do normal processes like breathing.

Your calorie intake is ridiculously low for a start, your body will think your going to starve and withold all fat(so be warned).

You should increase your calorie intake to at LEAST 1000 per day without any exercise, if you do exercise then 1500 is the bare minimum.

hello, I have been having a weight trouble for many many years. I used to be a diet product nuts. Until I found this website by accident, I was skeptical at first. There was little change for the first 2 weeks, but I felt good. After going through that initial stage, which was such a confident booster, I worked on developing good diet to maintain my result. I couldn't be more happier. I hope this helps: http://www.onlineloseweightshare.tk

normal intake for a healthy female is 2000 cals per day. if you exercise a lot you need more cals than that. If you exercise a little you need less cals.

ur body burns cals all thru the day, u just need to give an extra boosting up thru workout. U r eating too less , which is as unhealthy as eating too much.
