Gallon of water a day (arrowhead or alkaline water is best)

Eat veggies and protein and two pieces of fruit a day and green tea and you're set.

Try to do 30 min of exercise everday at least, and drink LOTS of water because that cleanses your body naturally and you can loose weight from drinking water and cutting out soda and any other type of drink. And eat lots of fruits, veges, whole grain. I lost 4 pds in one week from doing this
