Question: I am very slim, but not toned at all, what is the best exercises to get a toned look in the body?

Go swimming, swimming works out your whole body, muscle, cardio, and respiratory, so swimming 5 or 10 laps a day will get you toned in no time.



Pull-ups is the best upper body workout there is, pull ups will make you stronger, and build more body muscles.
