Question: ADVISE. I am about 15 Ibs. away from my target weight but it does not seem to budge, any advise?
I am very athletic and I try to find time to go to the gym at least four or five times a week. I eat healthy but if I do not get enough protein, I get so tired working out and do poorly. So I do try to eat enough fruits and vegetables through out the day and try to add in chicken in my organic salads. Although I have lost a little bit of weight, it is harder now that I am only 15 Ibs from my target. Any advise? I really want to get into summer shape and being about 100 Ibs is healthy for my body type, age, and height according to my doctor. Any advise on appetite control? non-expensive work out plans?

Answers:

whenever i get 'stuck' i try these things:
-trick your metabolism: Eat 500cals more one day, then the next eat 500cals less. Also, switch up WHAT you're eating as well.
-Drink ALOT of water before you go to bed: you'll have to pee like crazy in the morning but it will get rid of any bloating
-Add more cardio: Take a day off from lifting & weights and run for 45 minutes..either on the treadmill or elliptical ..or even outside.
-Make sure you're getting enough sleep
-Drink green tea: the hot kind, that you brew yourself. Its full of antioxidants & will help clear all the bad stuff out of your body. Drinking 5-6 cups of hot green tea a day can potentially raise your metabolism...and it helps you go. haha

This typically works for me.
The lower your weight gets, the harder it is to lose weight. The closer you are to the weight your body wants to be the harder it is to lose weight.
Its hard! But good luck. :]

For quick weight loss, you can try diet pills. This will boost your weight loss like almost instantly. However, I will not encourage this for long-term as you still need to identify the source of your fat/weight.
