I'm on a diet. How was my lunch? GOOD OR BAD?!
Question: I'm on a diet. How was my lunch? GOOD OR BAD?
I'm 16.
For lunch I had: 1 mini sausage (it was little), 2 baked chicken (they were like the size of hot wings), a little bit of mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Was that good cause for dinner I'm having a medium size salad with 1 baked boneless chicken breast, chopped onions, and a dressing I make using extra virgin olive oil, spicy brown mustard, honey, and cajun seasoning with 1 tortilla (wheat). Thanks =)
PS. I power walked/ jogged 4 miles for an hour this morning

Answers:
Good, except for a few things.
1. Did you eat breakfast? It's the most important meal of the day!
2. You really don't need meat three times a day. I'm a vegetarian, so maybe I'm biased, but it seems like more than you need.
Other than that, good! :)
Good except the mini sausage, you have no idea how many calories those little buggers have in them. Avoid any size sausage.
