Any motivation for working out?!


Question: Any motivation for working out?
It's almost 9 PM and I need some fast motivation to work out because I'm lazy as hell and I really need to lose weight. Please, any answer appreciated :).

The body has more testosterone in the morning, though it doesn't always feel like that. You should look at your diet first. Cut your carbs to 100g a day, eat them all in the morning, and make sure they aren't grains/noodles/breads of any kind/ etc. Eat fat and protein. If you're not going to exercise, cut carbs to 50g per day. If you are exercising, eat all your carbs immediately after your workout. They will replenish the energy you expended. You can't lose weight by cutting fat unless you cut carbs too. But then, you're just starving yourself. The fewer carbs you eat (provided your new diet is high in protein and at least moderate in fat) the less hungry you will be. I've just started this after reading about it and I'm NEVER hungry.

As for motivation, you will be sexier, feel better, have a better mood, be more intelligent, think faster, and perceive the world faster.



Looks like you don't want to lose weight in the first place? your too lazy to work out today? The HELL you won't do it tomrrow. Stay flabby and you'll always loook at your tubby and feel depressed. Not my fault. YOu have the potential to lose a lot of blubber and your just wasting your time just thinking. YOu'll never lose it. You'll always be depressed with your flab and your'll hate looking at youself in the mirror. Again, not my faut. You did it all to yourself.



I think it is hard to get started, but if you incorporate some peppy music into the equation, it should help.
