in terms of calorie intake thats pretty low. If i looked at that somewhere else I'd assume its a weight-loss diet.
The optimum weight for a woman your height is in the area of 135 to 150 pounds, meaning you are well underweight. If you believe you are getting fat, I'd say you have body image issues. this isn't meant to be an insult, I'm only saying you are far too underweight for your height.
Not nearly enough! You weigh 1 lb more than me and I'm 13 and 5'5"! You are very thin. I know I'm considered healthy but should lose some weight yeah but you are way too thin!
Thats not much at all. I eat like 3 times that in a day-im 5'4 and 120. It wasn't that bad lol & how do you get those music notes & hears on your name thing??
