Calories in red velvet cupcake?!

I thought from your last post you were meant to be gaining weight?
therefore although a cupcake isn't the healthiest food in the world it really doesn't matter-you haven't eaten very much throughout the rest of the day anyway.
Anyway...I looked it up in myfitnesspal app on my ipod how many calories there are in a red velvet cupcake but there are too many varying answers for different types ranging from mini ones at 50 calories to ones that were almost 500 calories! :s

Maybe if you check yourself you can find out myfitnesspal has a website you might be able to workout how many calories the one you had had.
