i`m 5.3 and a little bigboned

105-125 is a healthy weight. Because your big boned, I think a healhty weight for you would be 115 or 120.



115 is what doctors say, but anywhere from 95-145 would probably be ok.



110-145lbs in my opinion



i think you should consult with a trainer at a gym for a better answer
