Question: How many crunches/ leg lifts/ sit ups/ other ab exercises should i do a day for it to actually make an effect?
Answers:

depends how many you do now. if you do none start with like 10/20 of each lol if you do 20-30 try 50. just keep going a little step up at a time until that doesnt feel like anything anymore then kick it up a notch. above all keep your body guessing. when it gets easy and you get into a rut your body will stop working out and just coast.



Start off with 70 each. Add 5 each day till you get to 100.
Make sure you crunches actually hurt when you do them. Bend the muscle. . .Bend it. . .



Do one set of as many your body will let you. If you want even better results do 2 or 3 sets of your max.



Three sets of 25 of each. No more.
