Is this a good diet plan, if not please help me?!

Question: Is this a good diet plan, if not please help me?
I am 13 years old, I'm about 165 pounds and 5 foot 7. I guess i'm fat or overweight. So my plan is to not eat any breakfast. A little bit of lunch which is 4 piece chicken nuggets, and less then one handful of French fries. When i go home, I'm going to eat bowl of mac and cheese or ramen noodles as a snack. And for dinner, i'll be having a big bowl of salad and water. Is this healthy?

Answers:

Is this a joke....? Diffidently not!!!
Im 17 years old 5ft 7in and 112lbs. Your diet plan is a fail! And I suggest you listen to what I have to say if your looking for any results on achieving healthy positive goals for yourself, body, mind, and well being. You need to eat breakfast! This is the most important meal of the day and if you skip meals your body will go into starvation mode and store the next meal you decide to eat as fat.
I would suggest you eat 5x a day and have them be small little portions of healthy foods that your body needs, not wants.

Breakfast- some Options for you could be Oatmeal, this is one of the best foods you could possibly have and will kick start you day off right. Bowl of fruit like strawberries, an apple, orange, mango, ect. You could also try a bowl of cereal that is specifically meant for weight lose like special K. Kashee go lean, Stay away from sugary junk foods with all of the artificial flavors added. Try searching good breakfast ideas on the web.

Snack- For snack I like to cut up an apple and have about 3tsp of peanut butter, This gives me protein and a fruit source for the day. you could also have eggs scrambled is good and I would go with eggs with alot of omegas I like brown eggs. Also if your having bread cut out white bread, why? Because white bread is flour, milk, and sugar, all things that will make you gain weight. Go with whole wheat. Always. You could also try some yogurt for your snacks that are low on calories and have a limited amount of sugar (if none.)

Lunch- If you go to school bring your own lunch, Try a salad with a side of fruits. you can also go for veggies, or any other healthy lunch.

Dinner- Go with a stir fry that includes veggies, and some healthy ingredients. If you eat potatoes go for the red ones. also if your parents cook tell them to use virgin olive oil, this is better then Vegetable oil, Pam sprays or any other oil really. Stay away from salt most food already has salt in them so dont feel you need to salt anything.

Whats wrong with your plane? Well..... You have to have breakfast, no questions asked. Chicken nuggets, they are not healthy and will make you gain weight, although chicken is healthy but chickens like chicken breasts, chicken without skin, any microwavable food/frozen food is prob something you should stay away from. Bowl of mac and cheese.... Where is the protein? Where is the fruit? Where is the healthy key hear? Thier isnt mac and cheese will make you gain weight and be out of shape why? The noodles and cheese, and all of the milk added just isnt a good meal for wanting to lose weight. French frys... .You need to stay away from french frys, Nuggets, Burgers <--Unless cooked healthy and the right way not from a fast food place. But frys really... Just No..
Ramen noodles.. Hear we go again you havent mentioned any fruit during your day any real good proteins, fat burning foods, or anything healthy. You have however mentions things the are frozen microwavable ready to eat foods, things that have my processed and packages, things that are high on calories, and not apart of a fit healthy diet. I would stay away from noodles.
Water and salad is one thing you got on target with, congrats to that:)
You should be drinking 8glasses of water and more a day! Not just 1glass. Stay away from sodas! and drink juices like apple juice, orange juice, have a glass of milk:)

You need to have fruit, lean protein, veggies, every single day. if not in every meal.

Also you need to workout aswell. everyday atleast 30minutes a day. I workout at the gym 5x a week for around 2hrs. And then the days I have off I call active rest day which are days where I workout but Do lite workouts to rest my muscles.

I have a 2pac. I know what Im talking about when it comes to nutrition diet, and fitness. I dont know everything, and Im still working on goals formyself. Im not in the shape I want to be in, But im not going to stop, and This is a life commitment not a 3month thing and then im done.:)
You need to get passionate about good health and working out its essential if you want a healthy life for yourself and look and feel good. Just stay away from junk foods and get active.

no its not healthy

you're not eating half the amount of fruits and veggies necessary, not enough good protein. heres a better plan.

breakfast: some source of protein!
lunch: salad!
snacks:pretzels, carrots, fruits, etc
dinner:some type of meat (such as chicken), a carb (pasta), and vegetables.
drink lots of water!

Hello, I'm a doctor. Use acomplia. I think that you want to get more info about it. Please go to ----> http://heansmd4.notlong.com/AA1Suld

You need to eat breakfast, don't eat much if you don't want to each much, but eat something, I always have a fruit for breakfast.

Avoid chicken nuggets and fries, they are unhealthy, bring your own home-made lunch, fruits, veggies, are the best and drink lots of water.

Avoid mac and cheese it's also unhealthy, not real food (processed) you want to avoid processed foods as much as possible! Eat natural things.

The salad for dinner is good. Remember it's important to eat mostly fruits and veggies, as that's where all the vitamins are, and fibre which are really good for you. You can eat a lot of them, because they are low in calories and really healthy.
Stop drinking juices or soda's they are full of sugar, have water or herbal tea.
Noodles and pasta and bread are all grains, if you want eat a bit of it, not much, your body will get the carbohydrates it needs from the fruits and veggies anyway, so you don't really need extra carb's. Also noodles, pasta, bread, all turn into sugar in your body, so eat as little as you can of those,

If you want to eat chicken, eat a real home made chicken, not chicken nuggets, also no fries.

Those are the best suggestions i can give.
