When you jog, how many laps do you before stopping?!

Question: When you jog, how many laps do you before stopping?
idc about the length of the track, just how many do you go before stopping?

AND do u think you're in shape?

Answers:

Well a normal and legal track is 400m a lap. At practice... we usually run about 5 miles a day. 1 mile on a track = 4 laps. and we run this without stopping. so about 20 laps. But if your just starting... you should be able to run a mile without stopping to know you're in shape.

Track long distance runner.
