A healthy diet for me! ?!


Question: A healthy diet for me! ?
So basically I'm a bit chubby not really fat but chubby. Lol im 14 years old & I wanna loose some weight before high school.
This is what I usually eat daily
Breakfast-Sometimes nothing but when I do I eat Honey Bunches of Oats.
Lunch- I eat whatever they give at school like a burger pizza or chicken pattie with a cookie or chips.
Snack- Nothing
Dinner- whatever my mom makes which usually includes rice or pasta :s
After Snack- Cookies or a donut (not always)

Please help me I feel like I eat to much!! I really wanna loose some weight before high school. This past days I promised myself that I wasn't going to eat junk food or bread and it's working. Also I've been eating only 1 meal a day is that bad?

That is a very poor diet.

Do you eat any fruit? Or Vegetables??

Breakfast - must eat, try a wholegrain cereal with low fat milk and a piece of fruit.

Lunch - look for the healthiest option on the menu, no chips or cookies. Try for a salad instead.

Snack - piece of fruit

Dinner - pasta and rice are fine, hopefully there are some vegetables served as well.

After dinner snack - cheese and crackers or a low fat yoghurt (you need at least 2 serves of dairy a day)



hi, I have been having a diet issue for many many years that it was hopeless. I tried so many products, nothing seem to work. Until a friend recommended this method, I had my doubts at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I was feeling a bit lighter for the first 2 weeks, but I was feeling good about myself.
