Is this a good diet plan?!


Question: Is this a good diet plan?
Okay, I'm 15, 5'00 and 107 pounds. My measurements are: 34 bust - 28 bust line - 27 waist - 31 hips - 34 butt - 16 upper thigh - 14 lower thigh - 13 calf.

Breakfast: 1 oatmeal packet and 3 glasses of water.
Lunch: 1 whole grain bread slice, 2 egg whites, with lettuce and 3 glasses of water.
Dinner: Small portion of whatever my mom makes for dinner. (Meat, veggie, & starch)
Exercise: 45 minutes of swimming, 25 minutes of walking, 15 push ups, 30 sit ups, 20 squats.

Answers:

You should add in some protein for breakfast and preferably some fruit with fructose (apples or orange juice is what i eat) to jump start your body in the morning. Try adding in an extra meal or two. That is hardly any food. Fat is also believe it or not an important macronutrient. I don't know what kind of meat your eating but if its fish or chicken that has very low fat content. You need fat in your diet as well.

Since that's too little food I would suggest u Add snacks and that will rev up ur metabolism. I would also not do that much exercise.ur not eating that much so u don't need to burn that much cal.I personally would limit the swimming to just a 1/2 hour.



Healthy but you didn't eat enough. Try having a few snacks like carrots or cheese sticks or granola bar throughout the day to keep your metabolism up.
