weightlifting question?!


Question: Weightlifting question?
If two men are working out and one drinks a bottle of water and the other drinks a bottles of water, who is stronger?

Also if I lift a lot of weight will i be stronger than someone who lifts less weight.

Answers:

you would be if you lifted with the right technique. 90% of the gym lifts with the wrong technique and they get caught up in the weights. don't think your stronger till you move ahead of him by a lot. the bottle of water theory means nothing
