Why don't I gain weight when I eat?!

Question: Why don't I gain weight when I eat?
I'm 13 years old and I constantly am eating food! I am 5 foot 7 and I weigh 105 pounds!! When all my friends eat like one or two pieces of pizza I could eat the WHOLE THING! I don't understand it , I see people who go on these diets and barely eat a thing, and still remain at an unhealthy weight , and if I wanted to I could eat McDonalds every day ( I did when I was younger ) . . . what's up with this? How come I can eat so much junk food without gaining weight? While others do!

Answers:

I am exactly the same, same age, height , and weight. I can eat anything without gaining any weight and eat as much as I'd like. Reason is is becuz you have high metabolism and you're probably really active. Lots of people and kids are like this you will probably be like this your hole life and it's not a bad thing. Make sure that you still keep eating healthy tho and don't jus eat lots of junk food. :) hope this answered your question. :)

I'm the same way. I don't gain weight, I eat all day, and I'm not active AT ALL. You burn more calories than you take in. I upped my calorie intake to 3k per day for a week, and only gained 1lb, which I probably lost the next day when I gave up eating that much -_- But you still have to watch what you eat. Just because you're not fat, doesn't meant you won't have a heart attack.

You have a high metabolism. It will slow down as you get older, but for now you wont have problems with getting fat!
