Question: Which is better? HELP! Please D:?
Okay, so which is better... I'm trying to lose weight and I heard that eating like 6-7 small meals a day is good. But I also heard that eating a BIG breakfast, regular lunch and a small dinner is also good. So which would be better for losing weight?

Answers:

You want to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day because eating increases metabolism, so eat often but eat small. However, if you want to have a little treat or a little bit bigger meal, it should be breakfast and eat a lighter dinner because you have all day to burn off those calories while eating a bigger dinner leads to storing all those calories as fat overnight.



Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals. A 1999 South African study found that when men ate parts of their morning meal at intervals over five hours, they consumed almost 30 percent fewer calories at lunch than when they ate a single breakfast. Other studies show that even if you eat the same number of calories distributed this way, your body releases less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps control hunger.



hmm hard chose.
i would say the 2nd chose since your eating more and your body would not need that much and you would last longer with the lagre breaskfast and then just follow tho. but for me i jsut eat when im hungry. i dont eat anything until i am.
lol but yea if i was you i would go with chose 2 and maybe exercise too that will help alot too! :)



It really all depends on what your eating.
