If you look at the ingredients on haribo, you'll see that there's no actual fats in them, so your main ingredients are basically sugar and gelling agents. Assuming this is the case, the dietary equivalent of a haribo Happy Cherry (5 pence size) is around 10 grammes of sugar. Fruity Frogs (2pence size) weigh 4 grammes. (I own a sweetshop, and I've just put one on the scales..) hope this helps.?
