Question: I want to lose weight and cellulite fast....help?
I'm fourteen, overweight, I weigh 143 when I should weigh 120
I have big boobs naturally because I started growing them when I was 9, I always ate healthy. I weighed like 50 pounds.
If I eat nothing but hamburger meat(plain) and fruit
Bike a mile everyday......will I lose weight at all
I'll also work out like
Sit ups, lunges, push ups, etc.
If I can lose weight, how much do you think I'll lose in 3 months. I want to lose 25 pounds.
Please don't tell me to eat fried chicken and a whole bunch of other foods, we can't afford chicken.

Get a workout buddy or support buddy. Find someone with similar goals and to support and keep you on track with your fitness goals. I have a friend I talk to daily on messenger and she helps me stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals.

Set a goal for yourself. Whether it be to lose 10 lbs or fit into those size 4 jeans, set a time frame and then when you reach that goal, reward yourself with some new clothes or your favorite free meal.

Take pictures. Take a picture of yourself in swim suit or shorts and after a couple weeks of workouts, take another picture and compare. It's a great motivational tool when you see the results!

Cut out a motivational picture. Look in magazines or online and choose a body type that you would like to have. Hang it on your fridge and look at it every day. Envision yourself looking like that picture. When you are on the treadmill and getting tired, think of that picture and push yourself to work even harder to reach that goal.

Plan your workouts. When you make a plan to go running or lift some weights, you are more likely to actually DO them, so sit down and plan when and what workouts you want to do for a whole week.

Hamburger is too fatty unless It's lean or you drain all the fat, so just eat less if you want to lose weight and eat eggs, lil cheese, and chili pepper for vitamin C. Water or cinnamon tea for a drink.

If you like liver eat that too. Don't eat fruit it just makes you more hungry.

For exercise, I would do jump rope or just jumping without rope helps too.



okay, to get into shape , rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:

Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables are not tasty, like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,eat only steamed fish or chicken.

also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

It’s stunning how often we eat out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration — so often, in fact, that many of us have actually forgotten what physical hunger feels like. Next time, wait until your stomach is growling before you reach for food. If you’re hankering for a specific food, it’s probably a craving, not hunger. If you’d eat anything you could get your hands on, chances are you’re truly hungry.
