Question: If I jog 30 minutes a day, would I see results in my body?
I'm planning to start walk/jog intervals and was wondering how long it would take for me to see results in my abs and chest. I want to do 30 minutes of intervals in the morning and do p90x at night for 5 days a week. Is this a good plan? Thanks all!

possibly, depends on how much of a change you want. but all in all, good plan
