i workout for like 30 mins every 3-4 days, so is it bad to drink chai before a workout?

No. chai actually has caffine, so it gives you energy. Just give iit like 20 minutes to digest. That goes for all food.
Not necessarily, but Chai tea tends to make people tired because of the way it affects your brain, so personally, I wouldn't.
i heard green tea is good after work outs
i would wait to drink it at night
as long as its sugar free
