Is it bad to work a sore muscle group?!


Question: Is it bad to work a sore muscle group?
Or should I wait for the soreness to go away completely before I push myself working that muscle group? My entire upper body has been sore for two days and it's really annoying, I just want to build more muscle but it feels like it's taking forever to heal up. Also is there ways to speed up the healing process?

Answers:

for how long have you worked out? if its one of your first workouts give them a bit more time to heal, i never workout to sore muscles, then i cant push my self to muscle failure .. and sleeping longer should speed up the process, eating loads of protein to ofc.



Let the sore parts of your body heal before you go working them out again. You could always try working out another part of your body while you wait.

Working out while sore could put you at risk of hurting yourself.
