Should I feel guilty over eating a brownie?!


Question: Should I feel guilty over eating a brownie?
Okay so this morning after eating my organic greek yogurt w/ lowfat granola and blueberries, which I enjoy, I had a brownie. I am NOT one of those ppl that obsess about weight and I do exercise every day, but I also have alot more sugar than I am supposed to in a day, which I am trying to cut down. I also have a very round body shape and am trying to trim down. So should I really feel guilty for a dumb little brownie?

you know what i had once in a day? 2 slices of strawberry cream cake, 3 of chocolate and 6 cupcakes with frosting. and your complaining about a brownie. HA.

listen to me-- a brownie is a brownie. you will not gain weight from a little brownie. i promis you this:)

you may have had a bit of sugar-- but probobly not enough for the day. a treat every now and then is better than binging (like i did after cutting it all out) all at once.

trust me-- an occaisonal treat is FINE every now and then. tell yourself hat it was a reward for your healthy eating and lifestyle.
just move on and pretend you never ate it.

nope u should never take away things u love becuz once u do lose the weight u will go CRAZY on them brownies n possibly gain some weight back. just eat n moderation. since u ate that, dnt eat any more for another week or 2. i cheat once a week n still manage to lose 3 pounds a week. just dnt eat it late at night. maybe during the day while ur up and about so u can be burning that off. eating things like that right before bed, when u dnt burn it off it will change into sugar which will change into fat n stick to ur body.



Eating one brownie is fine. If you ate an entire chocolate cake by yourself, that would be bad. Plus, if you didn't eat the brownie and instead thought about wanting to eat it all day long, you probably would have ended up eating way more that one brownie.

Yes, you should. Getting in shape requires self discipline. If you excuse yourself for giving in to temptation then what’s to stop you next time you want a treat?

Just say no to those sort of things. Have a treat once per week -- certainly not each day.



No and enjoy it! Allow yourself a treat everyday--anything is moderation is fine.
