Question: How to lose weight and fast at 11 years old?
how do l lose weight fast at 11 years old? I'm 11 years old, I stand 5'3 and weigh in at a whopping 127 pounds. People say that I don't need to lose weight, but I am not satisfied with the way i look. I would like to weigh about 107 pounds or less!!! Please Help Me !!!! <BR><BR>* And I don't want to take any stupid pills either.

Healthy weight loss is not intended to be fast! Get that idea out of your head. According to your height, you are only 12 pounds over weight. When you are stressed out, your body releases hormones that cause you to store more fat! So calm down, and try to enjoy healthier foods. Go outside and play! That's what kids your age should be doing!



changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



You're 5'3'' and weigh that much! I'm 17 and have the same height and weigh around 148 ish last time i checked....*cough* three months ago.

What you just need to do is eat healthy and exercise. Yes everyone says that, but there is no fast natural way to lose weight than the basics. First set yourself a goal. Give a time frame, say you want to lose 5 pounds in one month. In 4 months your good. Eat breakfast, fruits, veggies, don't have any candy or soda. Drink water and milk and other healthy drinks. Tell your parents you want to eat healthy and they'll buy the foods for you.

Exercise. Find your motivation to do it. Cardio, swimming, at least something. It's good to exercise every day, but DON'T push yourself



MAN! YOU ARE 11! Even if you are skinny, you won't look hot at 11. =.= Maybe ten years later, you lose weight and you will turn out good-looking. If you are a kid and skinny, you'll just look, you know, skinny. -__-^ I have a lot of skinny classmates but all of them can't pass for good-looking. You don't have to worry about your weight, as long as you are not over-weight or obese. If you want to lose weight because a stupid guy comes and says, "YO FATTY!", say "SCRAM OFF YOU UGLY MONKEY!"



A Healthy Breakfast (Cereal/Oatmeal/Cream of Rice or Wheat/Fruit) OR Two scrambled Eggs with 1 slice of Whole grain toast.
Snack: Orange
Lunch: A Heart Vegetable soup, Turkey/Lettuce/Tomato on Whole Wheat Bread, or a Healthy Salad topped with Tuna.
Snack: Apple
Dinner: 1 piece of Protein, 1/2 plate of Veggies, 1/2 cup of Starch (Or 1/2 baked potato)

Exercise will speed things up.



Bad idea. You're 11... diets and things like that aren't that healthy when you're still growing. Plus it doesn't sound like you really need to lose weight. Whopping is 5'7 and 210 pounds. Plus the only healthy way to lose weight is to eat healthy, exercise and burn more calories than you eat



The best way for a 11 year old to lose weight is swimming. Because weight training is not advisable for children. running can be recommended with skipping and Yoga. But these two will take time. If you want lose weight quickly go for swimming for long distances. do at least 10 lengths daily in a 50 metre pool
