Question: How to lose weight fast for teens?
I've gained like 20 pounds through just growing and being lazy this year. And I'm still little, but have extra little chub on my thighs, and belly. I was wondering how I could lose weight fast, about 2 weeks. I LOVE to eat, so ideas to ignore food or what to eat when I am hungry. I am also getting training from one of my track coaches these next 2 weeks, but I want to work out afterwards on my own too. HELP please! I really want to be a good sprinter this year!

run a lot and cut down on the soda and cookies. if your hungry just have some fruit or something. celery is always good because it has negative calories (as in you burn more calories by eating and digesting it than it actually contains).

but the best thing i have found for losing weight and becoming toned is to run. a good steady pace for 30 mins or an hour plus (although it seems like long distance) will help you with sprinting in the end also. i hope it helps a little. that is the only thing you really can do unless you do those weight loss pills (which i find are rather pointless and ridiculous). i lost about 7 pounds in a week once because i was on track and i ate just a little bit less).

also make sure to eat breakfast every morning because that will get your metabolism going. im addition to many small meals through out the day instead of 2 or 3 very large ones. another trick is to not eat right before going to bed.
