Best advice is two fold.
Lose fat and build muscle. Riding your bike will help as will any activity as long as you burn more calories than you eat. Best way to burn some fat is to get up in the morning, eat nothing, warm up, then get your heart into a aerobic working zone for 45 minutes. This causes your body to access your fat stores since you have no ready energy stores in your blood. Do this three times a week and you'll see results quickly.
Also you can do pushups to build the pectoral muscles. If you can't do regular pushups start by doing them against a wall or back of a couch. As you get stronger you can do the opposite, put your feet on a step so your head is lower and do pushups. To start do as many as you can, rest and repeat for a total of three sets.
Increasing your muscle mass will help burn fat too since muscle burns calories even when you're not using it.



Cardio to burn the fat, and pushups/chest exercises to strengthen those muscles!
