how much should i work out to lose 15 pounds in two months?!


Question: How much should i work out to lose 15 pounds in two months?
how much cardio and how much weight lifting?
i'm 17 and yeah idk too much about exercising but i am desperate to lose 15 more pounds, so any suggestions would help!

well that's A LOT!
but firstly what's your weight now?
if you're that determined then 1-3 hours a day.
i don't really recommend you to over exert as it will cause injuries and stuff.
you could try doing continuous training like use the bike or treadmill and set a target time for example using the bike for about 10-15 mins just for a starter because you can't just go of to the gym and do level 12 in bike for 30 mins. that's too unrealistic as you said that you don't really know much about exercising and that's same with resistance training, try using light ones first and avoid heavy ones as it will restrain your muscles and cause injuries.
or you could do some circuit training which basically targets most of your muscles. circuit training is basically stations and each stations have different exercises, e.g push ups, bench dips, squats, star jumps, skipping, etc.
once you've started doing exercise, you have to do it every time because if you suddenly stop after a month of exercise then it might cause reversibility which is opposite of being fit.
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST = you need to have extreme determination to achieve what you want.

maybe two hours each day? or you could just eat less
