Question: I am 13 (almost 14) and want to loose that little bit of belly fat and ge toned for the summer!?
I am 13 (almost 14) and want to loose that little bit of belly fat. I am wanting to get toned and have it FLAT ready for the summer in 4-5 months. I also joined the gym about 3-4 weeks ago. How long till I see a change in my belly? Help!!!

i am 14 and am also thinking about getting rid of my belly! at least i was....and then i decided to start having salad for lunch instead of crisps..chocolate..subway etc. Now i have seen a huge difference! Also, you wont see that much change in your belly with exercising, because although it does burn the fat, it builds your muscles which will give you a six pack but wont make you flat!! Go to bodybuilding.com and they have the perfect workouts there, I learned a lot from them and you can too. They got diets and everything.



You shouldn't really be training anything other than cardio at your age.
So the easiest and most important thing is to eat healthily and skip all the junk food.



Please ,please, please.... while you are young .....learn how to spell LOSE. I'm begging you. There is only 1 "O" and about 90% of the country spells this wrong.
