Is it ok for me to eat 1 whole jar of peanutbutter in 1 day?!

Question: Is it ok for me to eat 1 whole jar of peanutbutter in 1 day?
Ok Im addicted to PB i cant stop eating it. I would usually eat 5 or more tbsp a day. I crave PB so much. could this be because im Vegan an im not getting enough protein? Im 15 years old 5"2 and i weigh 112 lbs. What will happen if i eat 1 whole jar of PB?

Answers:

no. PB is full of fat and sugar. Eat someting else. If you eat a whole jar of PB you will probally love the taste until you feel so guilty that you consumed like 3k calories. Its a fatty fatty food. And its not healthy.

Unless you want to put on weight quickly then I recommend you don't do it. I don't know about your metabolism but I know that just eating a few tablespoons a night out of a peanut butter jar caused me to put on weight. Other than that, it is high in protein but also high in fat (including saturated fat). I recommend you find other sources of protein and good fats and go a week without peanut butter just so you can get used to not eating it.

Hope this helped.

Well, PB is really high in fat, so maybe that's what your body needs!! I don't think that a whole jar is neccessarily a good idea to eat though, since it is a lot of calories and fat, but if you arent getting enough calories with your vegan diet, then go for it haha

You'll probably get sick to your stomach and throw up. You can protein from any type of nut. Not just peanut butter. And while peanut butter is always god, I don't think you should eat a whole jar.

Maybe just 3 tbsp or 4 tbsp a day

No you shouldn't eat a whole jar of it but it's ok to eat some daily. It is high in fat and sugar so you would be getting a lot of calories and fat. If you need protein get it another way.

i dont recommend it.
its all about portion control.
