Question: Will this help me lose weight?
I've started to exercise an hour everyday and sometimes even more. I only eat two meals a day now. Nothing heavy.

Before I used to snack a lot and eat three meals and no exercise?

you need to eat at least three meal e.g. good carbs for breakfats such as oats and then some meat or fish and veg for lunch and dinner

come on i dont think ur as fat as u say u r. u should not starve your self like that and then exersize on top of that because wether your fat or not it can make u really sick and trust me i use to do this everyday and train for gymnastics for 8 hours without food just water breaks so careful wat your doing. if u wanna get slim just work out for like 30min a day would do it and u dnt need to starve yourself just eat healthy like salad and stuff.

Sounds like you've got a good plan going on. Be sure you don't over workout or starve yourself though.
