I had a steak about 6 inches long with 2 tablespoons of 57sauce a medium baked potato and a slice of bread with a glass of water
Answers:
Depending if you are trying to lose weight. If trying to lose weight you would not want to have the potato for dinner you would want some green veggies, and pass on the bread. If your weight is good then just the potato or slice of bread, and add some veggies.
It sort of is but steak and salad or veg is better OR the baked potato and salad or veg. Bread is ok if you're not fat. Not sure bread steak and baked potato is needed.
