first u sould go running i know u dont want to but it helps a lot. you should drink a lot of warter no juices
not ice cream or stuff that takes a long time to diejest u need to burn off more then u in take this will make u huggier but just drink warter dont eat snaks and u cant be forshur how long but proble 4 to 6 weeks if u keep with it also run at lest a mile if u can run more do so in till u cant if your tired walk for a sec but contine forward also do sprints they help a lot
iam 5'9 and 125 but sill have a pretty good body not all skin and bodes and if u really want it youll lose the weight stink with it thou
