How much pounds will I loose in one week?!


Question: How much pounds will I loose in one week?
I weigh 140 pounds atm and I'm trying to get down to 110 pounds by mid May. If I burn 1200-1400 calories a day exercising, and consume 1400, how many pounds would I be losing a week?

My BMR is 1400, if that makes a difference.

You could roughly calculate it but it depends on many factors in real life. You have about 8 weeks and you try lose 30 pounds... about 4 each week. This is a bit much. A more realistic expectation would be 2-3 pounds per week.
With 1400 deficit calories a day you could lose about 2.5 pounds per week if you do that 7 days a week.

don't eat more. this is what you're supposed to do i saw it on tv: multiply your goal weight by 10 and that's the amount of calories you're supposed to eat. so you'd eat 1100 calories daily. also drink 8 glasses of water and chew gum when you want to binge or eat more than 1100. if you burn that much and eat that much you'll probably be 110 by mid-may or june.



For every pound there is 3500 calories in it
if you burn 1200 colories a day you will burn 8400 calories wich would be 2.4 pounds a week and if you eat right you may loose more



You are doing to much exercise, burn about 700 a day. you may want to eat a little more calorie wise.



None u have to burn more than u consume
