Question: What type of foods make you gain alot of weight ?
Answers:

Peanut butter, Candy, Fried foods(like french fries, burgers), If you eat tones of butter, Cookies, Cake. Also if you eat to much fruits because they are high in sugar, Plantains are very fattening and will make you gain weight like crazy.



anything with a lot of carbs (including sugar) or fat will make you gain weight.

pasta, candy, ice cream/any dairy, umm.. idk beans or something

you can take weight gain powder that you put into water or milk that contains a boat load of fats, carbs, and calories so you gain weight easily.

i'm fat.



PASTA ! and BREAD make u gain . .
but again, if you are trying to gain weight its unhealthy to be eating pasta and bread and candy and junk food all the time . .

Cheese ,white bread, chocolate. Things that have sugar in them are ok if you workout(train) to some degree. Sugar is high energy



Cake, Ice Cream, Cookies, Egg rolls, Rice, Chocolate,



Carbs
Fat
Junk food.

Butter oil cream sugar
