im having some trouble?!


Question: Im having some trouble?
i really want to be 105pounds by the end of school which is the end of may. so summer can be a lot less pressure, bikini season and all. im 119 now but im having some issues such as today, i rrun track, today i ran 4 miles, but i ate 2000 calories and im only 5'2. are there tips that may help me stay on a 1300 cal diet? i eat like 500 calories until 4pm but by 4 im hungry and feel like eating and end up eating a TON. should i exercise a bit more? its only 7, i ran at 1.thank you:)

Answers:

500 until 4 is way too little and this sets you up to binge at night. You need to be eating more during the day.

roughly 300 breakfast, 300 lunch, 100 snack an hour before a run, 100 snack (protein) after a run, 400 dinner and 100 snack at night.

Also try to up your protein count- it stays with you longer.

Talk to your coach at school and ask about nutrition- there are people there who are just waiting for someone to come in and ask for help- they are there for you - use them!
