I was trying to lose weight. day 2 and i didnt eat anything... then i binged. i ate 3 cheese sticks, 2 granola bars and a chocolate bar.
i feel so guilty. i tried to purge it, but i couldnt . i was 88 pounds. now im 89. i dont want to get back to 90 pounds.
i am short so 88 is high for me. i am 5'1 . i want to be 85 pounds but im not gonna do it if i freaking eat!!! what should i do to make myself feel better?

You didn't gain a pound by eating what most people consider to be a normal amount of food.
Did you know that there are over 3,000 calories in one pound of fat? In order words, you would have to overeat that much in order to gain 1 lb of fat. You didn't even come close, especially since you're starving yourself and your body actually needs those calories.
What should you do to make yourself feel better? Get help. Eating disorders are not friends, they are enemies. You may feel in control now but before long it will control you.
