Question: Is this a healthy goal? 10 points..?
Okay I'm 5'4, and I have HUUGEE thighs xD (25 inches, which is practically the size of my waist!! :O )
The past few days I've been working hard with leg lifts, and squats, and I've already lost an inch off my thighs :P (I started w/ 26 inch thighs.. eeeww) My final goal is 19 inch thighs :) Is this a good goal to get to by summer?
I already eat pretty healthy, (not like a health freak but I dont eat junk food often)
Any tips?

I don't know if your body burns thigh fat or abdominal fat first, but according to your description, I'd say you are skinny in the middle!
Let's use me as an example. My thighs are 20 inches, I'm 5'4 and 135lbs. However, I know when I was at my lowest, 115lb, my thighs were 16 inches.

If you manage to lose twenty pounds of fat (not just on your thighs, of course), there is a great possibility you'll be able to meet your goal by mid-July.
