how is this meal for a diet?!


Question: How is this meal for a diet?
Breakfast -
3 egg whites with salt and pepper

Lunch -
Baby greens with 6 oz grilled chicken on top
12 grapes

Snack -
Celery with pepper on top
Grapes
Blackberries

Dinner -
6 oz chicken breast
Asparagus

Answers:

decent for a start,but theres a few problems.Grapes have alot of hidden sugar.Remember that just because they say there natural fruit doesnt mean theres no fat in it.If you eat them,I would stick to red grapes,but a citrus fruit would be a nice substitute in the morning.The extra vitamin c will keep your metabolism up during the day.
-Good choices otherwise.However,chicken is very health(baked).But I would avoid eating the skin.There is no nutritional value in the skin and it is highly fatting.Good luck.

Dietary work n lots of it



It sounds like you are eating too little. You have to maintain a certain amount of calories a day in order to keep up your metabolism. If you don't your body thinks it is starving and slows down the metabolism. Men have to eat at least 1500 calories, women 1200.
