Question: Whats the quickest way to loss ur baby weight after dalivery i was 135 and gained 90 pounds with my son ?
Then I lost alot of weight working out but not all of it I got down to 170 with 35 pounds or so to loss now I found out I'm 5weeks and 3days pregnant after two long years of working hard to loss wat ever I could now I have to prob start over wats the best way to loss it after I give birth again and could breast feeding help?
