is it bad for a 15 year old boy to bench press everyday?!

Question: Is it bad for a 15 year old boy to bench press everyday?
should a 15 year old boy bench press everyday or is it not such a good idea? maybe wait a day or so to bench again?

Answers:

Give your arms at least a day to recover but maybe you can workout out different parts of your body during the break days. Alternate with your thighs, calf's, arms, back muscles, abs etc..

After a workout, your muscles need time to repair and grow, when you workout your muscles are i guess sort of tearing and the recovery time is needed to patch up the tears which results in bigger muscles but if you keep tearing them day after day....Not a good idea.

You should give it a break for a couple of days, you don't want to do it everyday as your muscles will become sore and you could possibly rupture/tear a muscle. Also, make sure you are consistent, benching at the same time, and gradually increasing the weight (if you wish). Make sure to work different muscles every day (quads, pecs, glutts, etc.). Hope I helped!

No one should bench press every day. Every muscle in your body needs to have at least 48 hours of rest after you lift weights like that. Also you need to work more muscles like your back. You can't work your chest without working out your back. If you do you will injure yourself.

not a good idea. I used to do it and it lead to extreme muscle fatigue and lot of pain.

its a good idea to have a 2 day break after each session

life

Even as a 33 year old man I don't bench everyday. Don't work the same muscle groups in on consecutive days in in the same manner.

WHY IS YOUR NAME ALICIA ??????

NOPE NO GOOD NEED LEAST A WEEK TO RECOVER BUILD AND GROW
