Justify this statement "exercise is bad for you"?!

Question: Justify this statement "exercise is bad for you"?
Try to justify this statement:
“Physical activity is bad for you because it makes you sweat”

Answers:

Sweating is your body's reaction to overexertion and overheating of your body's core temperature. Therefore, sweating is a defense mechanism. Any stimuli that causes your body's defense mechanisms to keep into gear cannot be good for the body. Ergo, physical activity that overheats your body and causes you to sweat is bad for you.

How'd I do?

Talk about a torturous rationale. Why do you want someone to justify that statement?

Where did you hear this. As long as you are not dehydrating then there is nothing wrong with exercise. Sweat cools you down whilst exercising as well so you don't over heat.

Sweating increases your stamina and don't detest sweating.
