Question: How do I lose 30lbs in one month?
I'm 13 years old(I'm using my friends account so that I don't have to make one) and (don't laugh) 174lbs. My Friends and I are going to a hotel swimming pool that's open to the public in one month(spring break). I need a plan to lose as much weight (without it being unhealthy) while sticking to my twice-a-week baseball practices and my Japanese customs. PLEASE HELP!

Impossible. You would have to lose a pound a day.
To lose as much weight as you possibly can: Start exercising everyday and change your diet. Cut out pop, fast food, and sweets and replace them with fruits and veggies. Also, make sure to drink lots of water. If you start jogging 3x a week it will make a huge difference.

the short answer is you cant. At 13 you cant even do a crash diet as it will be too detrimental to your health. The last thing you should be doing at your age is dieting and starving yourself. You need a healthy diet and exercise and if your overweight to aim to lose the weight gradually and healthily not within one month. If you are overweight you can request to see a dietician through your doctor



eat healthy( vegetables fruits and other healthy foods that u also enjoy!), excersise daily( going jogging, and sports is a good way to lose weight), and keep track of how much weight you lose every few days. and practising basketball is a good way to lose weight! try doing sports ( or more sports if ur already involved in them) You don't have to worry. if ur really determined than you can lose the weight. it might take a little while, but that's OK!! hope I helped a little bit :D
