When you lose wieght,Can you feel it?!

Question: When you lose wieght,Can you feel it?
Okay,so when u lose wieght and ur on the bigger side can u feel it Or do you see it first? I've always heard u feel it before u actually see it. Is this true? I've weighted myself n it says I've lost 15 pounds in the last 4 weeks. Based on technicality it adds up.(Calculating how many calories I need to maintain my current weight witch is 2899 and subtracting it by 2000 (cuz 4x500=2000) 500 is what u need to lose wieght .they say by taking 500 calories away from daily normal calorie in take will equal 3500 over a week. (3500=1 pound) so cuz I eat 900 -1000 calories a day I will lose 4 pounds a week- 4x4 =16)But I don't feel like I've lost wieght. P.s I'm 250 n now 235 please help!!!

Although the numbers can help you, they are not the only consideration. There are many factors.
Eating 900-1000 calories is not enough. It will slow your metabolism down and you'll likely lose muscle.

Focus on increasing your health with lean protein, lots of veges, good fats and lots of water.

You should eat at least 1,200-1,300 calories. Trust me, you won't lose weight if you don't give your body the right nutrition. Also you won't have good energy to be able to exercise properly, which is a huge factor in fat loss.

You've probably lost water and muscle. Correct your diet and you'll start losing body fat, I recommend 2lbs of loss a week. 4 is too fast - too much of a shock to the body and not sustainable.

hello, I did have this overweight trouble since forever that it seemed hopeless. I used to be a diet product nuts. Till a friend show me these tips, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. there was a bit of improvement for the first week, but I was feeling good. After that first drop of weight, which was such a confident booster, I worked on developing good diet to maintain my result. I feel great!. I hope I've provided good information: www.hotloseweighttalk.tk
